God Opens Doors - Restorative Devotional

What God Opens, No One Shuts
Daily Restorative Devotional
Friday, 18 July 2025

What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open.”
~ Revelation 3:7

Dear Friend,

There are some doors only God can open. And when He does, no human decision, system, opinion, or resistance can stop it.

Some doors swing open quietly.
Others come after a long wait.
But when it is your door it will not miss you.

You may be standing before opportunities you didn’t apply for, rooms you didn’t qualify for, or blessings you didn’t even know how to pray for.

Why? Because grace outruns credentials.

๐Ÿ›‘ Stop striving for doors that are not yours.
✅ Start aligning with the One who holds the master key.

God opens doors in His time, for His glory, and your good.

And the good news?
No one, absolutely no one, can shut what He has chosen to release into your life.

********************

Take a Breath Today…
You don’t have to force it.
You don’t have to fake it.
You don’t have to fight your way into it.

Just trust and walk..
The key is already in His hand.

********************

PRAYER:
Lord, I surrender my timing, my plans, and my fears to You.
I trust that whatever You open for me, no one can close.
And whatever You close, I will no longer chase.
Lead me into the doors of destiny You have prepared. Amen.

Divine Repositioning - Restorative Devotional

"DIVINE REPOSITIONING"
Daily Restorative Devotional
Thursday, 17 July 2025

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
~ Romans 8:28

There are moments in life when it feels like everything is falling apart.
But what if, in God’s eyes, everything is actually falling into place?

Sometimes the delay, the detour, the unexpected exit from a place you thought was home… is not a punishment, but a repositioning.

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ Like Ruth gleaning in the fields of Boaz..... she didn’t realize that her relocation was a divine setup for restoration.

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ Like Joseph, whose betrayal and imprisonment were really just a path to the palace.

๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ Like Esther, placed in a foreign palace “for such a time as this.”

Friend, when things don’t go as planned, don’t panic.

The job loss, the relationship end, the relocation, the silence.... may just be God simply redirecting your steps.

Divine repositioning often feels uncomfortable.

It strips away the familiar, stretches our faith, and challenges our pride.
But on the other side, it births influence, healing, impact, and purpose.

Today, please, pause and reflect on this:

❓️ What is God removing you from so He can lead you to better?

❓️ What looks like rejection, but may really be redirection?

❓️ Are you flexible enough to trust His higher view?

When God repositions you, He is not just changing your location!!
He is changing your destiny.

Remember this:
The caterpillar eventually becomes a beautiful butterfly.... in God's TIME.

Let Go!
And Let Him complete what He started.

Be Still.

*******************

๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ Restorative Prayer:

Lord, help me to surrender to your divine repositioning. Even when I don’t understand the shift, let me trust that You are working all things for my good. Align me with your purpose. I choose to move forward in faith, not fear. Amen.

*******************

✍️ Restorative Reflection:

Where in your life do you sense a shift happening?
What could God be setting you up for?

God is never late.
Trust. Obey. Stay Still.

When Nothing Looks Like Its Working -Restorative Devotional

๐ŸŒ… NEW BEGINNINGS DAILY RESTORATIVE DEVOTIONAL
Edition: #009
Date: Wednesday, 9 July 2025
.

Theme: When Nothing Looks Like It’s Working

SCRIPTURE:
"They that sow in tears shall reap in joy."
— Psalm 126:5

MESSAGE:
Sometimes it feels like your prayers are hitting the ceiling. You’ve obeyed. You’ve given. You’ve waited. And still… no breakthrough in sight.

Years ago, one of our top pastors introduced me in the middle of a church minister's meeting. The room was full.

He said: "This is pastor Yinka. She's a very gifted, very intelligent and hard working. She's well read, and sharp, but God is yet to do it for her."

Yeah! You read that right.
"GOD IS YET TO DO "IT" FOR HER.

I was too ashamed to ask what he thought God was meant to do, but I never went back to his church.

I had been brought up under the ministry of late Archbishop Benson Idahosa, in those days, years ago in Benin City, Nigeria. I was just 20 years old and was not a minister, but I learnt enough to understand that, only the counsel of God can stand, alongside my faith.

I didn't get annoyed, and would great him very well, anytime I meet him. But, I never forget that he was "waiting for God's manifesting in my life." So, God has taken me "through the valley of the shadow of death." And I'm still here.

I am in awe of how far and how deep God has taken me through that valley, and still standing bold and strong! If I was a man, the story will be different. I would be applauded and hailed and elevated and celebrated. ๐Ÿฅณ ๐ŸŽ‰

But, you must know WHO you are and WHY God has invested so much in your life. If you don't know, you will run around fighting for posts and jobs that you are not called to do.

You will end up in another person's mission doing what you were not sent to do. And it will all be WRONG!! You will always resemble a square peg in a round hole, or like a fish out of water, no matter how hard you try.

But here’s what many don’t realize: Heaven doesn’t simply record results.
Heaven records obedience.

When Elijah sent his servant to look for signs of rain, there was nothing!! SIX TIMES.!!! ๐Ÿค”
But he kept sending him. Why? Because Elijah knew what God said, even if the sky still looked empty ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

Faith doesn’t always look fruitful at first. And progress is often invisible before it becomes undeniable.

If your life feels “stuck” right now, just keep obeying the foundation of your faith..
Keep showing up. Keep trusting. Delay is not denial.
What looks invisible is being built in the realm you cannot see… yet.

LIFE APPLICATION:
What is one thing God has already told you to do but you’re tempted to give up on because nothing has changed?
Write it down. Speak over it.
Do it again. Heaven keeps scores.

DECLARATION PRAYER:
Lord, remind me that my faith walk is not about fast results but faithful obedience. I trust You even when nothing looks like it’s working. I declare that my harvest is on the way, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

BIBLE IN A YEAR:
Genesis 30–31

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
"Obedience is the seed. Faith is the water. Trust is the sunlight. The harvest always comes — never early, never late."

Who Do You Think You Are? You’re Not Too Small - Restorative Devotional

NEW BEGINNINGS DAILY DEVOTIONAL

TUESDAY, 8 JULY 2025
Theme: You’re Not Too Small for Big Things

SCRIPTURE:
"But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise... the weak things... to confound the things which are mighty."
~ 1 Corinthians 1:27 (KJV)

MESSAGE:
There’s a voice that whispers:
“Who do you think you are?”
It tells you that your past disqualifies you, your resources are too small, or your voice is not needed.

That voice is lying.

When God wants to make a statement, He often uses what the world considers small, weak, or ordinary.
He used Moses, who stammered.
He used David, the overlooked shepherd.
He used a widow with only a jar of oil.
And He still uses people like you.

Your voice, your skill, your journey..  THEY MATTER!!!
Stop shrinking.
You are not a mistake.
You’re not too old.
You’re not too late.
You’re not too broken to be used.

THESE ARE THE BELIEFS YOU HOLD, WHICH CRIPPLE AND LIMIT YOU.
These could also be other people's views of you, or things you've heard them say about you.

What does God SAY, about you?

PRACTICAL APPLICATION:
1. Write down one limiting belief you have carried, and replace it with one empowering truth from Scripture.
2. Say it out aloud. Many times.
3. Listen to yourself.
4. Believe your own words.

For example:

๐ŸŽ When you doubt your abilities to overcome challenges:
๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ ~ Philippians 4:13
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

๐ŸŽ When you're weak or need comfort and encouragement:
๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ 2 Corinthians 12:9:
"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me."

๐ŸŽ When you're afraid or discouraged or need to feel protected and secure.
๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ Psalm 27:1:
"The Lord is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life - of whom shall I be afraid?"

๐ŸŽ When you need confidence against obstacles.l:
๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ Romans 8:31:
"What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?"

๐ŸŽ When you are discouraged and need assurance of God's supernatural presence and support.
๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ Joshua 1:9:
"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."

5. Then do one bold thing today that reflects who you truly are becoming.
6. Activated your faith..

If you can't believe in or trust or have confidence in your own self, how can anyone else believe you?

DECLARATION:
Dear Lord, I refuse to disqualify myself.
I am chosen, equipped, and useful in your hands.
Use even the “small” parts of me to make a lasting impact.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
"Your size doesn’t limit your impact. It’s your surrender that unlocks your influence."
— Dr. Yinka Dixon
