We live in a world that glorifies hustle, noise, and movement. 

But sometimes you will find your greatest strength in being quiet and staying still. 

Stillness is not weakness. 

It is where we realign our hearts, keep our minds quiet, and hear God’s still, silent whispers again. 

One scripture says, “Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10). 

Most religions agree that there is power in silence. 

Stillness also provides a great and unique pathway to healing, recovery and renewal.

👉 You don’t always have to fight harder!! 

As a matter of fact, sometimes all you need to do, is to be still and allow your Maker's strength carry you through.
